SCIENCE
How It Works.
DSIP was isolated in Basel in 1977 from the cerebral venous blood of sleeping rabbits, and early experiments linked it to more delta-wave activity on EEG, the signature of deep sleep. It was later found in the hypothalamus, limbic system and pituitary, though its receptor has never been identified.
The nose is a practical needle-free route for short peptides, and nose-to-brain delivery is an active field of research. For DSIP specifically, though, published human studies used intravenous dosing. No controlled trial has tested intranasal DSIP, so nasal absorption and dose equivalence remain unestablished.
WHAT TO EXPECT
DSIP is short-lived, with a reported half-life of around 15 minutes, so nasal protocols time the dose shortly before the sleep period. In human research, early open studies noted better sleep efficiency, while a 1992 double-blind trial judged the effects weak.

How many sprays does each kit give?+
Reconstituted at 1 mg/ml, the 5mg kit makes 5ml, about 90 usable sprays after priming. The 10mg kit makes 10ml, about 190 sprays. Every spray delivers 50mcg.
Is nasal DSIP equivalent to the injectable form?+
That hasn't been established. Published human DSIP studies used intravenous dosing, and no controlled trial has compared nasal and injectable DSIP. Don't assume sprays match injectable doses one-to-one.
