Dosing derived from this kit's actual concentration (5mg/5ml, ~100mcg per 0.1ml spray) cross-referenced against the standard intranasal cognitive-enhancement range cited across Russian clinical literature. For research use only.
MANFAAT PROTOKOL
◆
Everything you need in one kit — no separate sourcing of diluent or spray hardware, no reconstitution math to get wrong.
◆
Delivers a consistent ~100mcg per spray at this kit's concentration — the same dosing precision the Russian clinical trials were built on.
◆
Nasal delivery isn't a workaround for Semax — it's the actual route three decades of clinical data comes from.
SAINS
Semax is built from the ACTH(4-10) fragment, with an added Pro-Gly-Pro tail that stabilizes it long enough to drive a measurable rise in BDNF and NGF gene expression. The nasal route isn't a substitute delivery method here — it's the one the underlying Russian clinical trials actually used.
At this kit's concentration — 5mg dissolved in 5ml — each 0.1ml spray delivers approximately 100mcg, putting it directly in line with the standard cognitive-enhancement range (600-1200mcg/day) cited across the literature. The vial yields around 50 sprays before priming loss.
YANG DIHARAPKAN
Subjective focus effects have been reported within 20-40 minutes, peaking around 1-2 hours and lasting 4-6 hours per dose. The underlying BDNF effect runs on a slower clock — it peaks 3-8 hours post-dose and stays elevated for up to 24 hours.
CATATAN PROTOKOL
Kit includes 5mg lyophilized Semax, 5ml sterile saline diluent, and a 10ml metered-dose nasal spray bottle. Reconstituted with saline (no preservative) — use within 24-48 hours of mixing, refrigerated. For research use only. Full documentation included with every order.
FAQ
Intranasal is the actual route Semax was studied and approved through in Russia — this kit's format matches the clinical protocol directly, not a workaround for it.
At 0.1ml per spray, the 5ml solution yields roughly 50 sprays.
